I have ADHD & understand the challenges and rewards of running a business while being a loving mom of 3.
As an LCSW, I have over 20 years of experience serving clients with ADHD. I have a huge toolbox of strategies including: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Integrative Change, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. I have certifications in Life Coaching, ADHD, Brain Health, and Hypnosis.
My signature FOCUS Program has already helped hundreds of people to transform their energy, organization and relationships at work and at home.

In my work, I coach parents of autistic children.
