Join the Village

No more. With my youngest, once she got to 7th grade, I created Mom Village. We were a group of women who would meet in my kitchen with wine and hot tea. We shared ideas, laughter, frustrations, resources and most of all, support. I brought my therapy knowledge, books and tools to the table for everyone to try. Now we meet online and would love to have you join.

There's no one-size-fits-all solution for raising teens; it's a trial and error experiment, infused with love and hope for the future. Most importantly, Mom Village is for moms who want to enjoy their teens, to fully experience the highs and lows of the teen years, all while loving their teen and not stressing.

I've worried, lost sleep, and tossed so many ideas in my head during my older kids' teenage years, and felt very alone. Everyone else's kids seemed to be doing better than mine – happier, more productive and centered.
