As a business woman, therapist, parent and marathon runner, I should not have ADHD. Having struggled my whole life with organization, prioritizing, and stayed focused on boring tasks, I realized it wasn't my choice, it was my ADHD brain.
My mission is help my unique and wonderful clients find success, calm and balance so they can live an amazing life.
On top of the pandemic, our oldest daughter got married which proved tough on Lily who felt she was losing her best friend and (only) sister. These changes to a Freshman in High School can be major. Christine’s specialty and heart for working with teens was so beneficial to our daughter who looked forward to her sessions and owned her actions, often sharing her goals.
